Pussynite respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.

Notice of Infringement

If you believe that any content available on Pussynite infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent using the the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including enough information for us to locate it (e.g., the video URL).
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Content Removal Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Review the notice for completeness and validity.
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
• Notify the content provider or user who posted the material.
• Provide a copy of the notice to the affected party.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

Pussynite reserves the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
